Assembled with a screw and nut instead of a knurled knob to tighten and loosen. Falls apart easily.

I started using this out of the box using the 0.001 gauge. I grabbed my old gauges by accident and realized that a gap that the new 0.001 WOULDN’T go in allowed my old 0.0015 to go in.Proceeded to get my calipers and check. 0.001 was 0.0022 0.002 was 0.0028 and 0.003 was 0.0035Returned the whole set. Lesson learned – check tolerances against something else before using…
