   We are planning a 6 week cross country trip in our 20′ RV van and had great hopes for this little refrigerator/freezer unit meeting our needs for a freezer.On day one we plugged it into our solar power and it seemed to work really well–got to freezing temperature quickly. But as the day progressed the freezer started to increase in temperature, made a really funny noise and shook. We contacted customer service and Emma was prompt with her replies and provided suggestions.Unfortunately after following all suggestions for several days with no success it was determined that there was a problem with the compressor. The company suggested we return it and they replaced it with a new unit and a power source.Currently, the new refrigerator is plugged into our solar in the van and so far so good. We leave tomorrow for our 6-week trip and I will update with progress.Customer service rep, Emma, was very helpful and concerned. She replied to every email promptly and offered good suggestions (that unfortunately did not work). She (and the company) took full responsibility for the freezer issues and sent us the new unit in time for our trip.I can’t totally recommend this refrigerator/freezer as yet but I can recommend this company.UPDATE: Refrigerator/freezer has been on for four days and is working perfectly. It is staying at a consistent 2°F. I was able to load several items into it including 2 pints of ice cream that are staying very solid. Again customer service was outstanding and I fully recommend this company and this item.

   Bought this as a present for my husband since he travels in the car so much. It fits on the floor behind the front passenger seat of our sedan. So many of the others were just an inch or two too big. Fits at least 6 20 oz sodas standing up and even more cans (9?). You have to put the drinks in cold, otherwise it’ll take forever to cool them. But if he doesn’t have time to do that, he puts a frozen ice pack in with the drinks & he says that works. You have to be sure to unplug it before you get out of the car, or it will drain your battery. He forgot once – the car wasn’t completely dead though. He unplugs it when he arrives at work, & he says it keeps his drinks super cold all day. So he is thrilled! And I scored with a great present.

   I found the product to be very helpful. I used it for my breast milk while away from my child on business. I collected my milk and froze it so it didn’t spoil in the hotel refrigerator (it goes bad in two days in the fridge). I used the external power source to keep the freezer cold kn the airplane. My milk stayed frozen and I fed it to my baby when I got home. I had no issues coming or going with TSA. My only complaint was that the power source was super heavy, and I wish the freezer automatically came with the carrying case instead of being sold separately, bc the description made it seem like they came together. Otherwise, no issues at all. I would recommend to working nursing moms who have to travel for work.

   I bought this to use at work. I’m a letter carrier and used to pack a cooler with drinks and ice, but half way through the day my ice was melted and drink were warm. I bought this and have been a happy person ever since. I run this at work with a battery bank, it seemed to use a lot of the battery when I used the 120 volt plug in the battery bank, I would be down to about 30% battery after 10 hours of work. I started used the 12v plug in my battery bank and now at the end of the day, the battery bank is still over 80% left. This holds 6 16.9oz bottles of soda with a bit of room on top. keeps things very cold, there is also an app to monitor and change temp and some other settings. I’m so glad I decided to purchase this, I figur with what I paid for it, I’d be spending that much for ice, so in the long run it’s a great deal. I highly recommend this cooler.

   This is one cool cooler, no punn intended. My wife is anal about food temperatures and she likes to go shopping at specialty Italian stores. It’s usually an all day event. With this cooler we don’t need to go straight home or be bothered having to buy chushed ice for a regular cooler. The positives, this unit keeps food or drinks at a constant cold temperature that you program and the power suits down after it senses its draining the battery when the vehicle is not running. It’s motor is extremely quiet and it holds a surprising amount of stuff for its size. I own a 2016 F-150 and it fits perfectly behind the passenger seat with the back seat folded up. A couple considerations . . . this cool should be keet on a flat level surface and it takes up some real estate in your vehicle. Take measurements to be sure it will fit and remember it needs a little more space for the motor to breath properly. This cooler works better when it’s full. Another concern is this cooler is somewhat heavy and awkward to carry. It works equally well on AC with the converter that’s included or DC. You need to be sure you have an unused power port reasonably close. It not going to work in your trunk. But there is no need to buy and dispose of ice. I have used this cooler more than a dozen times in a year or so since I’ve owned it with no problems. I am very satisfied with its operation and convince.

   I bought this fridge because 1.) I was sick of buying ice to keep my cooler cold and 2.) I wanted something a little more reliable than a traditional cooler. I am very satisfied with the product. I have only had it a few days and I have done a few tests. It has completely frozen water bottles at freezer setting, the app is easy to use and simplistic, and it fits a good amount of small items. Do I wish I went a little bigger? Yes. I think I could benefit from a 20 or 30qt. BUT, the product I bought is worth the money thus far. It can fit a half-gallon milk sideways and lots of snacks.I have seen reviewers mention awesome customer service and I’m hoping that if I encounter a problem with it down the line that they will help me (if I ever need it).
