Although the holder works exactly as advertised, the design causes it to stick up too high out of the cup holder you stick it in to. Perhaps this is intentional to accommodate different size cup holders. Also, the adjustable grips require both hands to adjust, which is impossible if you’re holding on to a large drink or whatever. Definitely a two person operation. It does feel sturdy, but time will tell if it holds up to regular use. Also, the adjustable grips opened up further than I expected, which is nice.

Bought this item for my wife’s subaru to add more drink holders in the front. Used the expansion feature for food, worked well.

I can’t write a review for usage of this product, because it came as broken. I am writing this because I want to mention that it is a wonderful idea. But the packaging must be a problem. I love to try again but I am afraid I will get another damaged product….I will wait for other customers’ reviews and improvement.

It works fine in my vehicle (Subaru Forester) when the stabilizers are all the way out. It will hold a heavy travel coffee cup in the upper holder. The lower holder is fine for water bottles or narrow cans. I like the adjustable upper holder for both size and location so I don’t have to take my eyes off the road looking for the coffee!

This easily fit in my 2019 Mazda CX9. It works as described. Not as sturdy as I hoped, but it will hold my large water bottle in the bottom and my husband’s regular water bottle in the top with no problems. I like how the top holder has the expandable sides to hold larger items. I would buy this again.
