Solves the question of how long the engines been run. Negatives are there was no directions and no screws( mounting hardware). That’s to u tube videos. Excellent value for the money

Installation was not that difficult, but no instructions were included. Had to search for a YouTube.com video of a similar products. All-n-all… I installed the meters on my generators and they appear to be working just fine.

Operation depends on the battery. When the battery dies, all record of hours is lost. Keep a record at the end of each use. When the battery dies, you’ll have a record of total hours. Replace the meter and continue on, adding the total hours to the new meter reading. I use my cell phone to take a photo at the end of each use

Product works good it is a very good product the only downfall you cannot replace the battery once it goes dead because they have sealed it permanently unless you cut fruit with a hot knife fruit is for the sludge and the back to open it up On that note I do not recommend this product

This meter works as adertised and seems to be very accurate, I installed one on my pressure washer and one on my generator. They were very easy to install as well. Time will tell how the stand up to the constant vibration. As it stands now i would buy again!
