   So some people I know have accused me of being a little bit of a nut when it comes to my truck. I take it through the automatic car wash every day. In the nice weather I hand wash it at least once a week. Wax is done once per month. Armor All, Invisible Glass, those are pretty much every couple of days. Vacuum is also daily.But here’s where this guy comes in to play: I am a smoker. I know, I know, it’s a disgusting habit. I have tried to quit many times. I just can’t seem to make it stick. I actually did quit for seven years and like an idiot I started again. Anyway, one of the things that drives me crazy is ashes all over my truck. I used to just flick my cigarette or cigar ashes out my window. But then the ashes are everywhere.So now I use this. Fortunately my center console has three cup holders. Weathertech phone holder in one, coffee mug in the other end and ashtray in the middle. Fits perfectly. I can just put my butt in the hole in the center and it extinguishes without the smoke coming out. Ashes are kept to a minimum on my carpet. And I really hate when I see people just tossing their butts out the window. Don’t be a dick. Use your ashtray!Next day when I’m vacuuming anyway, I pull it out, take off the top and dump it out.I really like neat stuff. I think I’m perhaps a tiny bit OCD. lolIt’s neat, effective and cheap.Winner! Gotta ding a star for being made in China ????????. I would pay five times as much if I could find one made in the USA ????????! Oh wellI recommend itThanks for readingI know, I’m also very long winded

   The product looks like a Cigarette ash tray, and after some use, smells like one. But, it does not function like one. It does work as a smokeless ashtray, but as soon as you move it, the top pops off. If you look at it wrong the top pops off, infact, no matter how you put the top on… it pops off. The lid design is complete trash. It has no working lock or any kind of tab that would hold it on. I would not buy this product unless you plan on spilling it all over your car. If the object was to make something that didn’t work at all, this would be the product to by. I would avoid products from this company, because the designs they create are almost completely useless, and do not function like expected. This product was NOT tested, or they would have seen how useless it really is.

   Just be prepared to clean ashes every this thing fall. The top falls off any chance it gets. But for the price I paid, it will do the job.

   It is what it is! Super simple, lid stays on, maybe doesn’t keep in the smell that great but it is a good car ashtray. Cheap and works well.

   Love this. Fits perfectly in cup holder. I just wish it was taller so that it would be a little easier to reach while driving.
