The ashtray gets the job done in terms of not letting the smell of smoke or ash escape into the car. I could not get it hooked up to the vent so i just keep it in my cup holder which works great for me. The light inside flicks on and off at times, i know it will stop working soon but it doesn’t concern me. I also like that the ashtray is decorative in itself so it doesn’t appear as an ashtray to others.
