   when i got these, i opened up the package and it immediately smelled like gasoline or plastic. it was strong. i put them in my car, but was getting headaches from the smell. i let them sit in my garage until the smell went away- it took a MONTH.however, now that the smell is gone, they fit in my 2019 chevy trax perfectly. they’re easy to clean and protect the carpets. worth the $$$$ once you get rid of the smell.

   The mats are very sturdy for the price and it fit well to my car. I gave it one less star because the mat smelled like mothballs and it was not a pleasurable scent to have in my car for the first few weeks.

   It smells like a turpentine oil right out of the package that will stay in your car for few weeks. I would give it a rinse with soap water before thorwing it in my car.

   I love my mats and they came a couple days early
