Does the job. Lid broke almost immediately on the second time I tried opening and closing it.. now it doesn’t close shut anymore. I threw away the box and it still works as an ash tray, so I won’t make a huge deal over a return. Cheap, but at the same time, still decent.

Answer :When it’s used as a coin container! This unit fits in a car’s cup holder and isn’t visible unless when in use. Convenient built-in blue led in lid. Exactly what I’m was looking for to replace the one I had that was stolen when my car was in for repairs.

The light is a nice idea but if you leave it open when not using it won’t last very long. The cover is just a pain. No matter which way you turn it, it’s in the way, really awkward to open without looking. It’s way too short for a cup holder without sticking something under it that’s at least 2in. high
