Works great and is indiscreet. Instructions didn’t say where to put the wire for engine temp but i put mine on the valve cover and it works to show what the upper cylinder temp is, but a little better instructions woulda been nice.

Installation went pretty well the heat sensor would not fit on the spark plug because the (I think) thermal coupler that is right next to the brass is too thick to fit inside the spark plug hole with the spark plug.No big deal I mounted it to the case of the motor but I will not be reading head temperature but instead case temperature.The biggest problem so far has been the RPM inductive pick up … no matter what I do it only doubles the RPM even when set to the correct setting for a two stroke 1P1r…I have tried other settings and it will only further multiply the reading.This is a Hirth Monster two-stroke para motor motor and I have also tried adjusting the wraps four times I got down to just two wraps and the reading does not change it still doubles the RPMIf anybody has an idea how to correct this please let me know thanks in advance!

3.1 hours on the device that’s been installed for about a month. Seemed decent at it’s job, showed temp tach and hours as expected.Left it out in the rain today and found it was half full of water. Rated as IP67 so definitely missed the mark.So if you don’t ever get it wet, probably decent at it’s job.Sent seller a warranty request and got a very prompt response, waiting to see how they handle the claim and will update!

Installed on my zero turn for all of 1 minute. The tach and temp functions were the goal, but the accuracy and load rate weren’t up to snuff. I guess if it was waterproof and the temp probe was a more appropriate diameter (12mm i.d. eyelet is too big for any bolts on small engines) then I would’ve kept it.

I have an LS swap in my 64 C10 truck. I wanted to see what my RPM was. I did not think this would work. If memory serves the stock setting is what worked with my V8. I haven’t checked with a handheld RPM gun but it seems to be on the money. The light is a pain and one day that battery will die but so for far so good (about 2 months). I didn’t use the temp since everyone says it breaks off.

It’s tricky to get this thing right but once it is it will read pretty consistent. I had the doubling the rpm issue and I determined the temp sensor around the plug was picking up the pulse and again where the lead was wrapped around the coil. I removed the wraps and only have the temp sensor part around the plug and I actually believe what it says the rpm is now
