Delivered in a beat up box but intact and operational. It serves its purpose. The light went out 90 days after purchase and after I charged it. I didn’t expect it last that long. I like it but it really doesn’t keep the smell out of the car like other’s have said. Also my cup holder is pretty deep—it fits but sits low and if you’re trying to put out a cig while driving you’re bound to get ashes outside the cup. But it’s a good value for its intended purpose.

This is a great add on to any vehicle where you need an ashtray or even just a holder for something. It has a bright enough light and the lighter works well. Plus the red and black perfectly matches my new truck which also has the blue led lights…almost feels like it should be OEM to the truck.

This little guy turned out to be a GEM. The blue light is just right for a dark room or car interior. Perhaps the BEST feature is that the cover & base snap ‘closed’, i e., a quasi-hermetically seal, completey conceal the smoke & SMELL ???? from a lit item..Note: Oct2022–This item is still serving me well 1+ year after purchase…

So this ashtray works well it’s lid does do what it is supposed to the light works well and the lighter is convenient. Now let’s get to the problems. The very nitpicking problem is the button to open it can be hard to find when not looking at it. The BIG problem however is that it has these little felt tabs that seem unimportant however after a few months of owning it one of them came off, now the lid pops of continually can’t pick it up without it dumping it’s contents. I evan have experienced it coming of and sitting in my passenger seat repeatedly on my way home. I now have to buy a different ashtray
