I bought this for a 5,300 mile road trip I was driving solo and installed it in my Highlander. After this trip, I plan to keep this in my car permanently.Pros:Compost “trash” bags fit this car trash bag holder perfectly.The car trash bag has two snaps that snap through the garbage bags to hold them in place.The car trash bag strap fits around the “lid” of my console without interfering with using the console storageThe trash is still easily reachable from the front seats for me. It might not be reachable from front seats for everyone.Cons:The seller shows this bag being installed with the strap around the gear shift handle. Never, ever install it that way! Even if there’s only light weight in the trash, I would never want something installed around the gear handle.The installing strap should be longer to allow for different installations.While the two snaps generally hold the trash bag in place, two more snaps would make it more secure.Overall, this trash bag holder worked great on my trip and I’ll keep it in my car.

I like that it hooks on super easily to any car. Its sturdy but does feel on the cheaper side. I always add separate smaller trash bags into it. So its super easy and convenient to empty. Can hold a decent amount of trash

Love this thing! No more trash in my car. I have it strapped to the headrest bars of the passenger seat, hanging towards the backseat. That way I can just reach over with all my trash and easily deposit it! I empty it every time I get gas. Great system.

I’ve bought several other trash cans for my car before this one & this one by far is the best. It’s sturdy, waterproof, the perfect size & sleek! The shape of this is also great Beth’s trash lay flat & it stores more without overflowing. Great product!
