For an inexpensive plastic compass with no adjustment ability, this is not bad. Ball floats easily, numbers are properly aligned so you can read the course from behind the compass, not overly sensitive to local disturbances.

Looks like it’s pretty accurate at least sitting on my coffee table. Gonna install and see how it works soon. Will update as time progresses. But its exactly what I was looking for as far as size and readability. I give 5 stars for now. May adjust later

bought this for my 2021 honda pilot. sad to say but all place on the dashboard this compass will have magnetic interference so it’s no good! luckily it’s ok on my wife’s 2016 subaru outback.

Unfortunately I couldn’t find a single spot in my truck where it wasn’t being influenced by metal. Works great as a compass outside of the truck. The second I bring it inside it just finds metal anywhere and points to it. Not even holding it up dead center in the air made it read correctly. Again, It does work as a compass, but I could not get it to work inside the truck.
