This item will do the job, but it’s just a CR2032 battery. It’s currently listed here for $13 for one battery, whereas you can get a 2 pack from Duracell for $5, or a 6 pack for $9 and have extras for the next few times your battery gets low. This listing was very helpful in finding what battery type a CR-V key uses, but it’s not a very price efficient route for actually replacing the battery.
