I just bought a 2011 F-150 that did not have the remotes. It got a little annoying needing to remember the door key-code to unlock (the alarm goes off pretty quickly if you unlock the door with the key without starting it up almost immediately) the truck each time. Purchased these and got within two days. Followed the VERY easy instructions. First one, easy. Second one, easy. Tested each out after programming, worked like a charm. Then, I tried both key fobs instead of each one after programming. Only the last one worked. Read the rest of the instructions and realized you need to program the remotes both after programming. Now, they both work like a charm. If I notice any issues (distance and/or reliability), I’ll update my review. But for now TWO THUMBS UP!

I was impressed with the quality; however, the remote will decide not to work at times. I found that if you take it apart and then close it, it works until next time. I can go days and sometimes weeks, but it is super annoying when it does not work. Oh well, you get what you pay for.

Can’t believe I never thought to look for a replacement before. Last remote broke. Saw this and thought cheap enough to try out. Found video online to program. Worked perfectly. Programmed both. Now I have two working remotes!!!! After years of only having one that you had to press multiple times due to age. 2004 FORD F150
