I really like that this is more of a protective pad than an overall seat cover. I bought one to protect the driver’s seat on my new Mazda CX30. I like my faux leather interior and didn’t want to cover it up entirely. The design of this cover leaves the sides of the seat exposed which I think looks great. It protects nicely against sitting on a hot seat on a sunny day.I subtracted one star because it is difficult for one person to get the top straps around the headrest posts. I almost had to call for reinforcements to stretch the short straps from the front while I sat in the back seat to fasten the clips. I finally got the job done by myself but it was a bit hard.I did NOT attach the bottom clips because there is a lot of stuff going on under the seat of this new fangled car and I don’t want to clip on to something that won’t respond kindly to it. I expect that I will get down there with a flashlight before it snows to find a piece of infrastructure to which it is safe to attach. However, it doesn’t bother me at all that the lower edge is not fastened to anything – it looks fine and does not slide around when I get in and out of the car.I went ahead and bought a second cover for my passenger seat – be aware that this price is for ONE seat cover only, not a matched pair.I would love it if this company made a matching pad for the rear seat. Maybe they do but I still haven’t found what I’m looking for.

We purchased black poly fabric linen look covers for front seats of Subaru 2022 Forrester. The top snaps easily around the headrest from back seat. The side flaps fit slightly beyond the sides but is not an issue. The disks that push into the back rest and seat is a bit of a challenge in the 2022 Forrester due to the way the seat is built. . Tip: push hard and then flip it up flat against the back of seat to hold cover in place. First one hard but second on easy! Front hooks are critical in this model of car. We used pliers to close the hook to fit the bar under the seat. See pic with circle for different angle of the hook. I would definitely purchase these but can’t attest to durability at this time since we just installed them.

Only complaint is that it’s not wider on the back..doesn’t cover the areas I wanted to cover. Doesn’t move around like a lot of other seat covers.
