I’m using this for my upstairs bedroom to keep beverages cold and handy. I tried a cheaper mini refrig previously that was too noisy and didn’t get cold enough so it was useless to me which I ended up returning. This one is perfect sitting next to my bed as its totally silent and If I get thirsty during the night I can grab a cold water and it’s nicely illuminated inside for seeing.Reversing the door was optimal for my confined placement however it was difficult to do. Better instructions would have been helpful. The main problem was the screw holes on the opposite side were covered up with some type of white insulated material thats tough to penetrate through. This seems to be the only design flaw that could be improved if that section was already cut out so the screw holes were easily accessible.Other than this one issue, this is an excellent refrigerator for a bedroom. Although it’s still new I feel comfortable knowing it comes with a 1 year satisfaction guaranteed warranty.

I bought the 1.4 Cu Ft model for my camper van. The size is perfect and it runs silent. It holds a 12 pack of beer along with cold food supplies to last two people about a week. I’ve never had an issue with it not keeping things cold, even at low settings. However, it drains my battery pretty quickly and my 300W of solar panels can’t keep up, even in direct Florida sunlight. It draws ~5-6 Amps when the compressor is on, which seems to be 75% of the time. I keep it set around 1/4 of max cool setting. I don’t know if my unit is defective, but it is certainly consuming more than the 0.7Kwh/day this listing claims; more than twice as much actually.

The unit would cut on and off constantly. It works ok if it is plugged into 120Vac but would not run on my vans 12Vdc

We were hoping to use this in our custom built off grid RV. The selling point was the 12v capability. Once installed, we tried it out. Sucked our fully charged deep cell dry within hours. Thought maybe it was just an old battery issue, so bought a brand new one, fully charged it, and again sucked dry within hours.Would be ok as a dorm fridge, but it’s very small inside, and u can pick up a regular mini fridge for $100 new (we paid $400 for this one)

This thing is complete garbage. It doesn’t stay cold when ran on DC power which is the only reason for buying the thing. If you need a mini fridge to stay cold and require AC power you can find much larger refrigerators for a fraction of the price..Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
