I fit this under my pillion seat and use it in conjunction with my Kryptonite Evolution disc lock and it seems to be a good combo when I have to run in to a store or restaurant. Even under my seat, the speaker is pretty loud. When activating it, it gives you a tone to tell you it’s on and is sort of nice in case anyone’s nearby looking at it, they know there’s an alarm activated on it and it’s locked at the disc and the bars are locked. I’ve forgotten to deactivate it on occasion and when I start moving it around it gives a beep as if to say ” hey, this alarm’s about to go off”, and more movement will set it off. For the price and what it is, I think it’s a great value. I’ve had this one on my bike for about a year now and with occasional use, I still haven’t needed to change the batteries in the main unit or key fob( guessing you can replace the fob battery?). Overall though, I think it’s a good option to pair up with a disc lock if you want a bit of extra peace of mind at low cost and with no wiring and an easy installation.

Good alarm. But only 4 stars, not 5 because of the instructions. The instructions for changing settings made no sense. I thing they must have used Google Translate. I had to waste time trying to figure out how to make changes with the default settings. It could be a little bit more sensitive. I have it set as sensitive as it will go. You have to move the bike quite a bit to get alarm to go off.

This is a quality product at a ridiculously low price. Only time will tell how it holds up but I have to say this alarm is exactly what you need if you want to protect your expensive bike from being pilfered. I wasn’t expecting much considering the price but when I opened the box I discovered a very well built product with good weight which always tells me something about a device. The alarm will scare the dickens out of anyone who attempts to steal your bike and if you have a lock what thief in his right mind would care to go about his thievery while this loud noise is alerting everyone in the vicinity. I might just buy a spare should anything inadvertently happen to the one I currently own.

I used this on my roof top carrier when traveling 1500 miles. It stayed on the bag without issues. I did a test run first, and when I pretended to make a break-in attempt, the alarm started screeching. Perfect for my peace of mind while in hotels for the night. I can see many applications for this product; bikes, doors, windows, whatever you don’t want touched.

Has only been tested in a ‘safe’ environment so far but it sounds loud, it is definitely motion-activated and easy to attach. I’m not sure its going to be all that easy to change the batteries when they eventually need changing but will cross that bridge when required. Looks good so far and would recommend on that basis.

This is loud and annoying in all the right ways of someone tries to steal my scooter/bike they are always scared senseless as soon as they touch it when parked

This is a great alarm, that doesn’t take much movement to set it off which makes it a good alarm to get. I do fear about volume of the alarm at least when I in a building such a store but I think it is relatively adequate.

We discretely hid this on our generator while at a campground that was packed. We were gone each day from morning until late afternoon. Thought if this went off it would deter a thief. It’s sensitive and loud and the fob is great.
