I tend to reverse park in really tight spaces; spaces that are measured 2.3 metres (7.5ft) or even less. Since I was tired of the cumbersome task of putting my hands in between my door and other parked car doors to get out, I bought these door guards to save my hands and to protect my door edges and cars from door dings. These door guards are from South Korea, so the packaging labels and instructions are in Korean (not Chinese) as well.Despite the Korean instructions, putting them on is straightforward; line your car with a wall or another car next to it, clean the area where you’re going to put the door guards in, open the door and see which area is prone to damage, peel the protective film off, stick to the door, and repeat until done.Once they stick onto the door, they stick. However, despite the adhesive, I find that you can actually take them off and reposition them. After installing these door guards, I drove on the freeway for quite some time and after arriving at my destination, the door guards are still on. Not sure how these will hold up when washing the car at the car wash, but I’ll take them off and put them back on afterward when done. One thing that I didn’t like about these door guards was the “topfit” logo that was on them. I found a solution by going over the logos with a black sharpie marker, as shown in the picture so they look completely black. Despite the logos on the door guards, they’re still great and will protect my doors in the long run.• 28 Mar 2019: Took the car to the car wash and when I got out to vacuum the interior, the driver’s side door guard came off. I knew this would happen since the adhesive got loose. I’d say this was my mistake since I did peel the film off and exposed the adhesive to the air for a few minutes.• 04 Sep 2020 (21:50:11): Review format revision & grammar/spelling check

I had to adjust one bumper after I started to install and then the tape did not stick as well. They could add a few extra strips in the kit.

When we switched from a minivan to an SUV, I envisioned my kids handing out door dings to every car we parked next to. I got these and put them on the part of the doors that would be most likely to touch/hit the car next to us. They are soft enough to absorb most impacts. So far so good. They stay on, even through car washes (but its only been a month or so).

Adhesion lasted only 1 day, ended up replacing double stick tape with 3M product.

We’ve had these on two cars for several months with many car washes. All have remained and do the intended job. Just ordered another set for our daughter’s car.

Adhesive pads shifted and the backing is coming off.Other than the poor quality knockoff 3M VHB adhesive tape, they are well built and seem like they would offer good protection.

Muy fácil de instalar pero el adhesivo es muy frágil, creo que debe mejorar la calidad de esta.

I bought this 3 times, works well. the adhesion is tricky, every time I apply, there was 1 or 2 falls off. especially in cold weather. just have to heat them up and apply again. once they are stable, they last long. One of my car is 4 years and they are still on. very helpful for tight garage speace.
