   This thing is perfect to upgrade an older Jackery without USB-C or fast charge USB ports. I have a Jackery 290 and I use it mainly to charge USB devices and the slow 2.4A ports just weren’t cutting it. The 12v socket I rarely used so I wanted a low profile if not flush adapter to fast charge my devices. This fit the bill perfectly. As a bonus, the existing USB ports can be used to charge even more devices that don’t take advantage of the fast charge.BUILD QUAILITY: Very quality and solid feeling unit. The whole thing is made of aluminum, the pull handle feels like it will hold up fine, and the ports aren’t sloppy whatsoever even with cheap cables. The anodized red looks great and looks like it was part of the Jackery.PERFORMANCE: The USB-A Port displays as “Fast Charging” on my Galaxy Fold Z3 and the USB-C/PD Port shows “Very Fast Charging” on the same phone. Something to note though, my Jackery shows it’s pulling a max of 23 watts with the USB-C port and 15 Watts on the USB-A Port. This might be due to cheap cables but when using both ports at the same time, the displayed output wattage actually drops down to 15 Watts. This is while charging 2 Galaxy Fold Z3s. It could be a number of things such as cables, current state of phone charge (one was at 15% and the 2nd was at 45%), or maybe the Jackery’s wattage usage gauge is off. Either way it’s advertised as 30 Watts from each port. The Jackery could limit output for all I know.Overall in happy with the unit, if I ever have to use the 12v socket, I can just simply pull it out of the Jackery and use as normal. I only have a USB-A tester but when I get time I will run the tester on a straight to battery 12v socket and see if it pulls the advertised 30 Watts and update this review.

   Replacement sent due to the poor charging of this unit after a refund.Support deserves 5 starsQuality of this product 1 starQuality of unit sent to me after refund 4.5 starModel H78 (fast charging and will see how it pans out)I raised to 3 stars due to support & replacement sent to me after I refunded.I wish we could rate differently and add a link to the better unit.This charger claims to do fast charging, yet it only does basic charging.About 10-15watt each, not 30 each.I’ve tried multiple cables which makes no differences.I will stick to better chargers.I just needed a 2nd charger and this does not cut it.Usb c cable to either phones or wireless charger and it cannot keep up with simple tasks.To obtain 20% charge on a galaxy s20 it stated 45 minutes. 5 minutes later 19% and 44min.Plug in my old charger with usb to magnetic c and it took 20min to reach the last 19% charge.Go back to the drawing board. I would like to find a better charger for the car.Heck I’m about to send back ( did send back prior to company contacting me)

   My car’s USB port is a joke. I needed it for android auto, but after getting an android auto wireless adapter, the phone obviously would lose power instead of just barely maintaining an equal charge during usage.This was the perfect opportunity to find something that would QUICKLY charge my phone, and this specific adapter was chosen because of its quick charging claim and SMALL SIZE. I am more than happy with the purchase and would certainly buy it again as a gift or to use in another car.Now when I go places, I only use a cable if I need to change my phone, and it’s so fast I don’t need a cable the whole drive, plus it’s so small I feel like it’s part of the car and can cover it by closing the port cover. Happy 🙂

   This little sucker charges my phone from 10% to 80% within 40 mins when paired with an anker cable while using gps! It’s life saving for being on the move and not having much time to leave phone sitting in one place. And this is after I put the poor thing through a full wash. It still works immaculately. Like the little light it has, pleasant color and not blinding. Would recommend to anyone and everyone! Except fat fingered folks, it can be a little hard to get the handle up to pull out if you have big hands.

   Love it except the part where it drains your vehicle’s batter a “small amount”. Otherwise no complaints and overall 5/5. I really like how compact it is because I have another one that doesn’t fit due to how close in proximity my vehicle’s gear shifter is to the cigarette plug-in. That’s right kids! That hole was meant for a cigarette lighter 😉

   Despite the dubious marketing photos that heavily implies that this is a 72W charger (36W + 36W), this is actually a 36W charger. The max power output is 36W, which is clearly printed on the unit itself and in the manual. However, its max output can only be achieved when only a single port is in use. I got 34W from the USB C port, which is close enough to the advertised 36W. I was a little worried from reading other reviews that when both ports are in use, the total output might be only 24W. In my test, I actually got around 30W (29W to be exact), which I suspect is divided as 18W (USB C) + 12W (USB A).My USB test meter shows that it’s capable of PD 3.0 at 36W from the USB C port, and capable of QC 3.0 12V from the USB A port. I did not however have a QC device capable of drawing 36W to fully test the USB A port.The unit is well built and has a metal outer case. It’s so tiny, it truly is flush with most cigarette lighter outlets. I put it side by side with the mammoth UGREEN 130W just to give you an idea of how tiny this thing is.If you ignore the dubious adverted power output and focus on the actual product, this is a well built and TINY 36W charger that truly can deliver up to 36W from a single port.

   This little adapter has it all.. I definitely recommend, specially if you are looking for a space saver, fast charging, usb-c. So far I’ve had no issues after a few months using it on a daily basis.
